Wrong! How do they issue subpoenas without disclosing an investigation? And why would it take over 18 months if they had ANY evidence?? LMAO!!!

Wrong. There is no reason to disclose the investigations if the company was not being investigated

Its odd shareholders want to hang their hat on Dr J Lalezare (me too) and his honesty and him "returning to the fold"

Yet those shareholders don't want to believe Dr J Lalezare when he himself said it--"SEC investigating Cytodyn". Maybe just the "rewrite history" nodderettes??

SEC investigating CYDY for public claims about leronlimab for Covid. I made such statements while interim CMO at CYDY and stand by them. I believe leronlimab helps at least some if not many patients critically ill with Covid-19.
