I'll throw out this scenario...SHMP files an amended proxy because even 25:1 isn't enough. Let's see 40:1. I don't see SHMP making it through the uplist application process in time if the R/S gets it to only $5. It'll be downhill from there quickly and will dive past $4 quickly.
