The company is failing all by themselves. In 20 years they have learned nothing so there is no reason to think things will change. A good company wouldnt worry about a few complainers but this one sees it fit to focus on the subject instead of creating business and shutting them up.

Ive been saying since 2008 - Come on Linda, prove me wrong.
