What you posted has little to do with ceasing feeding prior to harvest.

The concept is not rocket science. It is a function of having tank raised shrimp where the feeding can be controlled. Wild caught shrimp can't do that. Farm raised shrimp can't do that and bio floc raised shrimp can't do that.

That would make sense after they quit feeding the shrimp.
