As others have stated, this was rolled out this way due to regulations and restriction's. Once the article's and peer reviewed full data comes out, it will all make sense. Since they have FDA pros on board, I am postitive the process will eventually make sense. Patience is key now, and shares will not be this cheap for long. Good luck to all!
