Name for me 3 OTC stocks that are not ADRs which have been halted since 2020.

The rules do not show it's as easy as making a request with a PR that shows people want to buy or sell your stock.

"As a general matter, FINRA does not favor imposing a trading and quotation halt in an OTC Equity Security and will exercise this authority in very limited circumstances."

You promote an anti-free-market position. If I want to sell or buy on news it should be allowed not blocked by the hall monitor who wants to see my bathroom pass.
