100% of all companies think they can create revenue. If they didn't think so, then why exist? Sadly, greater than 90% of them fail. In the OTC, most are led by morons who, while they may have began as genuine with their intentions and visions for the future, eventually turn into scammers to try and salvage whatever they can from their failed business before disappearing into the void. Exhibit A in this case: Xu. Exhibit B to be determined, but the outcome, historically, has a high chance of being the same. Not to say money can't be made here btw...just don't get married to anyone or anything they say.
