It was down 17% yesterday at that time, and another 21% today, because they announced a sweet deal for “their ‘special’ investors”, to exercise 50 MILLION warrants at .02.

(And they will dilute another 50 MILLION some other time in coming years at .05, if I read the 8-K right.)
