Mistakes were made. No doubt about it. I'm all about first impressions and it's easy to look at something in hindsight. Dr. Mulholland was put in a tough situation. All that being said, I don't fault management for the preplanned short narrative/attack. They were going to attack no matter what. First, it was 'no TLD will actually come'. Then when it came they nonsensically stated it was a failure based on a secondary endpoint that is no longer relevant.

Here is what I was annoyed about (first impressions):

1. Dr. Mulholland looked like he was in a corner of a bedroom. Instead of blurring out the background (like the presenter before/after him) we were looking at someone that seemed to be presenting in the corner of a room.

2. The uploaded video on the 3rd party website has stock charts on the side which showed a nice drop in share price while the presentation transpired. Tacky and a bad look.

3. The video sound was horrible.

4. The video picture quality was horrible.

If anything upsets me, it is the above. I'm not going to criticize using hindsight as I was in favor of this approach 2 days ago (assuming journal comes soon).

Understand your perspective PQR and certainly agree with some of your points.

Differentiating the "market" reaction driven by false narratives which hurt all of us shareholders is much different than how the TLD readout is being perceived by the medical community.

I happen to believe in spite of suffering a significant financial setback, we/NWBO gained significant ground in validating DCVaxL and approvals will be coming IMO.

Once the publication comes out (along with other PRs) and further presents the case for the amazing trial results, the share price will follow suit.

The NYAS Conference was chosen to give Dr LL the spotlight with NWBO knowing the risks that they were embargoed from diffusing any and all naysayers. I personally applaude LP for giving the spotlight to Dr LL even though due to extenuating circumstances this plan did not pan out.

I am certain both Dr LL and LP will have their day in the sun!

I think the events of yesterday were planned to go down no matter what, but management does get a very low grade for how this was handled. AF and other shorters were able to capitalize on LL getting sick, we're able to capitalize on PFS (though this was already covered by nwbo is the past), they were able to capitalize on confusion around LL dropping out and being replaced by someone else with no explanation, etc.

The lack of noise from management at this highlights there must be some embargo, I get sticking to a plan but after yesterday some improvisation in necessary.

We all expected a bit too much probably, though it highlights once again that NWBO has many enemies, I agree that there is no company I know of that has lost 60% in SP on Stat sig endpoints being met.
