You are trying so hard to cast doubt lol. I’ve been involved in 2 recent up listing from the OTC. Verb previous Fusz and ALPP. There is serious money to be made on these plays.

Also it seems the company is shooting for the minimum listing requirement of $4. I guess at a fully diluted share count they value themselves north of an $80M market cap.
