Ummmmmmmmm, how does the company raise $40m without giving out equivalent new common shares of company stock? Charity?

Cojo, the worst part of all this is that I actually have to drink for each one of these. It's become an unexpected drinking game with dire consequences on my mornings when we meet up.

I also find it hilarious how many folks blame "criminal shorts who need to go to prison" on these OTC boards, followed by equally confident folks proclaiming shorting isn't possible on the OTC with penny stocks. Isn't that called an oxymoron, or talking out of both sides of your mouth at the same time, or something else that makes absolutely no sense in reality?

UNQL had 5m shares shorted/covered yesterday and nearly 2m shorted/covered today, as reported by FINRA and Fintel. But somehow shorting is impossible. Weird.
