Biosect,
I'm glad to hear your impression of Dr. Mulholland's presentation, but was saddened that Dr. Liau couldn't make it. I have a feeling she really wanted to make a presentation, and this conference fell in nicely with when they anticipate the Journal. It's possible the Journal is coming from the same organization.
I suspect that if Dr. Liau had made the presentation the stock wouldn't have been hit as it was because many were saying that Dr. Liau wasn't sick at all, she was avoiding the presentation. At times I think the company is snake bit, with all the presentation Dr. Liau has made in the last several month, this is the one she couldn't.
I still don't understand where the Top 100 patients fit into the numbers the K-M plots indicate are alive. If the median for the Top 100 is now over 7 years, as Dr. Ashkan stated, at least 50 people in the trial need to be alive at 5 years. If you think I'm wrong about this, please explain why.
I certainly hope we'll get the Journal before ASCO and the company freely discusses plans for the future there, once the Journal is out. If not, I still believe they can give a TLD statement at any time of their choosing and openly discuss their plans at ASCO anyway.
We all thought we'd be much higher today, we certainly were wrong, but I believe that by ASCO we'll be seeing new multi-year highs, something over $2.51. Sad it didn't happen today, but it will happen.
