I agree with you on that.
Public etiquette refrains me from telling what I really want to say.

<<<<<<It was a bad deal, we had the upper hand, we had what they desperately wanted,...>>>>>

Steve, I think BIEL was between a rock and a hard place at the negotiation table with OEM partners. My understanding is that we needed them for our survival.

They assumed little to no risk by contracting with BIEL. They achieve success day after day like they always have, with or without us. Yes, more with us. But who needed who more? Who was in the catbird seat negotiating the specifics? Who had the leverage into what goes on the box, and all else?

The gradual FDA clearances - now up 5 (and no easy feat), would have had more worth at negotiations if we had arrived with "interesting" sales figures. Even with "low" sales figures, yet increasing somewhat over time that rise in tandem with every clearance, resulting in an appreciable and sustained PPS and Daily Volume.

To me, success for BIEL must ultimately result in a rising and sustained PPS, and appreciable Daily Volume - expecting the "usual" bumps in that PPS/DV road.

I think it's very possible we will make it. Will RecoveryRx pave the bumpy road with the medical profession and Standard of Care status? Very possible, and with positive spillover effects to the other OEM partners.

Will it be the Green Light Express going one-way only, or are we on the Sink or Swim Cruise?

All imo.
