You're right Proto - these people can do whatever they want. It appears they are still in the accumulation fase BUT not for long anymore. IMO news will soon hit and from that moment on they will let it run (Wyckoff Method - Accumulation & Distribution) And, as stated before; no doubt they KNOW when the news will hit ... they are in control
