‘Buy the rumour, sell the news’ is a well-worn expression, and in the context of trading, it means that if good news is expected sometime in the future, the price will often move higher in anticipation of that date, but not necessarily after.

Whatever news is coming will be clear tomorrow. If we hear anything before the scheduled presentation this was potentially their last hour to trade.

I agree with you, I expected that we'd be up today in anticipation of Dr. Liau's presentation tomorrow, but when you look at the overall market, today was a terrible market day. The Nasdaq was the hardest hit of all the markets, down 521 points, nearly 4.3%. I believe that even though we're on the OTC, we most closely move with the Nasdaq, and even if we choose to move to the NYSE, our shares will react more like the Nasdaq. With no actual news today, even though volume was high, over 12 million shares, the MM's still can play their games at the end of the day.

I don't know what tomorrow will bring, much will depend on what Dr. Liau presents, but I believe we'll be up substantially, the question is how substantially. I believe anywhere from $3 to $10 or more could be in play, though I expect the bigger numbers are more likely later in the week as the news spreads on what Dr. Liau presents.

Who knows, it might be next Sunday or beyond that Dr. Liau makes an appearance on 60 Minutes, or some similar show, what would that do to share price. I'm just suggesting that things may not happen instantly as most who'll be watching the presentation may already be investors. It's what happens as the word spreads to others who've never heard of NWBO that will really move the stock.
