ok :) ONCM : 3 things that comes to my mind .
1- the deal realy announced is very early before final conclusion (same like FCCN) , but at least the terms of shares exhanges are known.
2- ONCM is cheap in regards of the shares excanges, so we have to balance between the cheapness and the probability of definitive deal clsoing.
3- The business of hotels in itself imo has never been an exceptional growth story. too much linked to economy cycle.
Pitifully , ambiguously, i wish there was no good news from JLNY, hehe then i would have held all the PMED shares with you.
Nevertherless I still have free $ 650 i account i will can still play around for a few days before used it for daily life need . hmmm will see :)
