#15928 RE: Poco Parvenu #15927

DTII said on3/31/2022 they filed with FINRA. DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO BE APPROVED.

Willing to be DTII screwed up the paperwork!

THEY CANNOT EVEN STATE THE RIGHT DATE ON THE PR OF 3/31/2022, THEY GAVE THE ANTICIPATED DATE AS MARY 5, 2022 INSTEAD OF MAY AND STATED A 500:1 REVERSE SPLIT. THE PROPER WAY TO STATE A REVERSE SPLIT IS 1:500.

I know where to look!!!

FINRA does not approve reverse splits, but it does process reverse stock splits as part of its functions related to company corporate actions in the OTC market. OTC companies must submit notice to FINRA 10 days prior to the record/effective date of the corporate action.
