All buyers holding available shares..only couple traders passing same shares back and forth to each other makes it easy to move price up or down on this low volume. Nearly billion shares held strong waiting for more good news..whoever sold me 1.6million shares needs new shares to hit the market under .025 average and they just aren’t getting them. Those are the only “buyers” missing lol
