So the IND is baked into the price? How did you come to a valuation of the IND, and the CRADA for that matter? Since you say it is “baked in” (always used by bears) certainly you have a valuation on this. By my estimate they are six months out from having serious discussions on an acquisition of or a partnership in the Metformin eye drop IP. March of 2023 will mark the two year target of monetization of this solution.
