Just a little bit of common sense will do.

If you have that, you would know that the IND is not getting filed anytime soon.

Not to say that the IND is irrelevant at this point.... It is not the news that would ''send'' this stock. This needs something new. IND has been talked about here for the last year and half, nothing exciting for potential new investors.

IND is baked in the price already.

This needs to go way way down. We are still way overvalued for what this POS has to offer.

Bunch of licenses and toxic debt with a market cap of 21M.

21M dude, holy jesus.
