$40 - $50 per share depending on what the total number of shares are, and for convenient ballpark math (I’m an engineer, not a mathematician) I just assume 1 billion shares. The actual number may be 10-20% more shares, I.e., 1.1 - 1.2 billion.

Close enough for government work, was a common qualifier :-)
