What’s everyone’s consensus on manufacturing in the United States? Thank you in advance!

NWBO presently has none.

The obvious candidate for a contract manufacturer would be CRL (a huge CDMO) as they are familiar with the product. I am sure they can sign a contract with them, but as of now do have it (per SEC documents 3/31/22)

The SEC docs kind of imply they want to use Sawston world-wide. But that has obvious concerns. There is a tight timeline to get the patients PBMC to the lab. The cells are not cryopreserved.

General decline in competitiveness over the next few years, due to high inflation, and spiralling energy costs.

I believe that NWBio will continue to use Cognate / Charles River Laboratories (CRL) to manufacture DCVax vaccines for both the US, and Canada (and eventually Mexico), just as they did for the DCVax-L Phase III clinical trial.

CRL also has a global footprint, so worldwide manufacturing of DCVax vaccines will be possible soon.
