My thoughts are that the company can't use the word "exciting" in their public materials as they can't be seen as pumping anything right now. Of course, the NYAS can use the word "exciting", and so that must be how they see it.
I have no idea how next week will play out however it does seem from the list of attendees that Linda Liau's presentation is expected to actually be "exciting".
It would not be exciting, IMO, to hear more about how DCVax can cause psPD as we already know that. Well, longs do. Bears apparently don't get it, but oh well. It also would not be exciting to hear how the trial failed, but hey, maybe that's what rocks the NYAS' boat (but I doubt it). And while I have enjoyed hearing about how external control arms work, and how they can be used, what I think we all really want to hear is how the P3 treatment compared to them!
So really, the exciting stuff most of us want to hear about is top line data. Now of course, many of us want to delve into the nitty gritty details, but for many, top line will suffice. I can't say for sure that it's TLD she'll be speaking to, but at this time, I, along with a bevy of others, believe that it is.
