I just noted from your quotation that ENZC mentions debt as being transferred. That doesn't mean all "liabilities" have been transferred, and that worries me. I keep alluding to some potential serious liabilities arising from Harry Z's actions around 2012-2014, but no one seems to want to look into those matters. I think they are holding up the audited financials.
