I'm confused by what you are saying. It's the dealer who has to do the business case for the $15M, not Carbon or MCLD.
1. Carbon raises/lends $15M to dealership. 2. Dealer builds smart solar battery grid on property. 3. Hook up AssetCare 4. Dealer pays MCLD 6k/month 5. Dealer saves >6k+ capital invested etc /month in electricity savings 6. MCLD and Carbon get tax credits and carbon credits etc.
I dont' know what a carbon credit is worth. MAybe you can sell them to others who need offsets....
