If you look at the original PR announcing the deal back in March, it clearly indicates that mCloud and Carbon Royalty are splitting the future credits 50/50 (apparently the dealership does not get a cut).

So this raises the question, does the $6K MRR that Mcmeekin spoke of include an estimated pro-rated portion of future carbon credits or is it just the sub fee portion? If it includes the carbon credits, it would mean that the Royalty Co. would be generating even less than $6K/mo (because they don't get a sub fee). If the $6K does not include the carbon credits, it would mean the potential payoff for mCloud could be significantly higher than $6K/mo.

Neither scenario makes sense to me. The project doesn't seen economically viable from the Royalty Co's perspective at < $6K/mo, and if the potential payoff to mCloud was significantly more than $6K/mo, we would have heard about it (Mcmeekin not exactly known for sandbagging revenue forecasts LOL).
