57tbird, who says he's gone? The Lanzas, who own a good chunk of bdgr, are on the BoD. It's the BoDs who ultimately do the hiring and firing of Execs. Executive RM is Lanza's attorney, and RM is still working for bdgr.

All that has changed is that they hired a new part-time guy (Barry).
