That's just not going to happen. Look to sell on any insane PR "we've cured XXX" etc, run up, when the board is over flowing with celebration. That's the best you can hope for. This "we hit 8 cents twice before so we'll do it again" is fantasy. Those proposing that are likely selling on these quick rallies quietly leaving you holding your shares in worse shape. In other words, no friends of long term shareholders.
The reality is each run up is to lower highs. The trend is no ones friend here.... well, except for the invisible "naked shorts"! lol
