As I said earlier, I don't give crap about shorting. Ill say that I've never understood why it's allowed. To me it seems to violate the foundation of the stock market
IMO, that foundation is to bring business & capital together for their mutual benefit.
Yes, that's simplistic. But to have a legal mechanism that allows people to artificially beat down stocks , seems to violate the foundation.
