Any guess why they combine litigation and share base compensation when describing expense increases, they are two distinctly different expenses. I wish one of our analysts would ask them. My guess is they prefer to hide how much management scrapes off of every $ increase in revenue. Don’t forget that that as the stock price goes down management gets more shares. My memory says around $82/share is what they base the stock compensation on.
