I wondered the same thing 6 weeks ago. I PM'd him and he said he's fine....still invested....laying low from the board BS. I like his posts. Hopefully he'll participate more.

Hello Matt, scope and all my other friends :) as scope replied to your post I’m still here, still holding the line :)
Haven’t commented on recent events because at any given point in time someone pointed out the point I would have made.
For example Lebby’s 1000 share purchase has to be a signal, not necessarily a specific signal but just a “positive” signal, a “hang in there” signal. He definitely didn’t buy a 1000 shares for the value or to amass a fortune he already has more than a million shares in options/warrants.
As for the bonus agree would have looked better after a revenue generating deal but I’m almost sure that the bonus is for positioning Lightwave with companies with imminent deals. These bonuses have to be approved by committee and would not be given without merit, again we hang under the curse of the NDAs and I think that is playing a role in “why” the bonuses were given and based on which exact milestones. If they were going to rob us they would have done it for the past twenty years or since Lebby joined for past 4,5,6 years would have given themselves bonuses irrespective of achievement and if cash availability they would have used ATM, toxic financing and what not to give themselves bonuses we see that all the time with other companies and executive bonuses. I trust our team, these are not your “street” executives they are high class high caliber. I don’t know when we will hear about the deal but I’m almost sure it will have to be before we run out of cash otherwise the bonuses would not have been warranted at this time IMO.
Polariton already mentioned that they will be working with us going forward.
We know our PDKs are going into foundries (plural)
The price has been solidly appreciating, the shorts will be a bonus, wish there were more shorts
I have learned Soooo much about the stock market manipulation schemes solely based on my long term Lightwave experience.
