Wouldn’t legal issues be created if TLD were discussed at a scientific conference but not PR’d first?

Sentiment_stocks, for clarification, are you saying:

(1) you do not believe that NWBio will PR TLD prior to the journal publication?

(2) you believe that TLD will be released at Dr. Liau’s talk on May 10th?

From my simplistic reading of the PRs (link below) it would seem the only wiggle room here is if LL is not considered part of the "company". I still have a hard time seeing this as it appears LL has a paid relationship with NWBO per LL's March 31st disclosures, but tld/publication could certainly come later if LL isn't legally considered part of the company as you surmise.

Thanks again for sharing your post.

There appears to be time for a journal to publish a peer reviewed paper in the same timeframe, like May 10th, according to some posts on this board.

So it’s still possible to get all the ducks to quack in the right order and times, if they are all in a row, so to speak.

Any excuse for me to repeat the following:

If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, then it’s probably a duck!

From what I understand, an outsider to the company, such as LL, who is the Principal Investigator for the trial, can talk to the P3 data in a scientific conference.

If she talks about material undisclosed information then that is a Reg FD issue. Does not matter at all if she is insider or not. Would apply if she was just an unrelated party who found the information on a printer/copier.

If she talks about it w/o NWBO knowing then it is unintentional, and NWBO has to properly disclose ASAP. If NWBO knows that she is doing it then it must be disclosed in advance.

Given that NWBO already PR'd more than what had already been disclosed, have to assume they know what LP is talking about and an advance (or concurrent) proper disclosure of any material information would be required.

Now, if she wants to present the same old regurgitated info on the trial, that is fine.

LL presenting topline results during her presentation does not violate any embargo rules of a journal. She could even state that trial details will come in XYZ journal in the coming days. The journal will provide the meat and potatoes in great detail.

Of course, the journal could come out on Tuesday also.

Isn’t it possible with the rolling releases from the ANNALS OF ONC that we see a publication at any point, any day??
