Exactly, there is some agreement in place obviously since Samsung already is producing the mabs and they are undergoing testing. Maybe enzc does need to foot some of the bill, maybe not. Lots of ways they could have drawn up agreements.
Bottom line and the reason I responded to this topic is because false claims should not be made stating that enzc is paying the bill when that info one way or another is not publicly known.
