Sure looks like management has no idea how treat shareholders or are clueless or both... MC is so low almost impossible lose here.

A couple years back they pulled the same stunt. They basically said it was to prevent a “takeover” ? OS went back to 4 million and then diluted back to where we are now (250 million?). Not any real progress on sales. So the explanation would be, “we’re going to F@&$ you and there’s not any thing you can do about it “
