Good post and good perspective. Even with Judge Du, the case was not as clear cut as we might wish. And it certainly wasn't delivered to her in a coherent way that would make it "obvious" which way she had to go. If there's one thing the generics have proven to have, it's good lawyers. Probably because that's half of their business strategy.

Bouf, I am, like many here, very disappointed and frustrated with our courts. I actually have a bigger problem with Amarin's decision to choose the Nevada district, the performance of their lawyers, their decision not to settle, and their follow up decisions not joining Marjac's case. But I have a problem using the word corrupt. The definition:

"Having or showing a willingness to act dishonestly in return for money or personal gain."

I would need to see proof that these decisions were rendered in return for money or some other personal gain reason.
