"Seems like agyp is producing more oil than most OTC stocks and even some Naz stocks"

PT, I'll take your word on that.

"why choose to attack this stock as it more legitimate than most others?"

I don't surf the web looking for scams to bash.. But A gyp came to my attention and I started watching it.

The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible number of PRs that A gyp was paying to putout. pepeoil posted that they had spent $300K on advertising... I don't know if that's true. I don't recall seeing it disputed.

Virtually all of the PRs were fluff..

The price of Brent crude. A gyp needs to pay to have that info released???

"---using cutting edge technology"

"--Fracking---drilling---exploration---Permian Basin"

A gyp doesn't actually claim to be using cutting edge technology, fracking, drilling, exploration, but they are attention getting buzz words.

"Permian Basin" is a major buzz word.. Two of A gyp's leases are in the extreme eastern edge of the basin.

My fav piece of fluff was the jerky video showing sucker rods, being pulled out of a well. It was titled:

Oil On The Rods!

All rods, being pulled from any oil wel,l would have "Oil On The Rods".

But it had the desired affect. The board lit up with "We're producing oil!!!"

But my main concern is their lack of transparency( yes lack of transparency!) in reporting it's production.

" A gyp is producing oil on the Green lease" That, from a Sept PR. Silence until today.

One had to decipher the TRRC report, on Prometeus, to find the 738 bbls reported from A gyp were not all produced in Jan.

The results were as desired, IMO.

"WOW!! We produced 738 bbls in January!!!"

Not transparent at all There is absolutely NO GOOD REASON, why A gyp can't update its' production numbers. Anything to the contrary is word salad.

B2B.
