PHIL The data supports that PHIL is being accepted into the markets in a regional manner and an international one. The 24/7 harping on PHIL CEO and progress shows that this is blatantly targeted and likely a highly shorted stock. Just read the rhetoric for the last 3-4 months and look at the stock price while looking at the accumulation and it being over sold.
