LP, actions can be telling.
1) Remember, the UWs were given an EXTRA year to sign releases above and beyond all the rest so the question is why...I think Alice showed the answer to this question FACTUALLY and the UW's actions backed this up
2) UW's actions and why they fought so hard to STAY in class 19 is very telling
3) Further, Alice's suit in the SDNY to force COOP to discuss assets was met with vigorous opposition as if the Leaders of COOP's life depended on the outcome...not answering the asset questions posed by Alice rather running to the BK Court looking for cover which was joyously provided by the corrupt Judge as she had done from the onset of the BK cases to protect the real criminals in the ongoing travesty of WaMu
4) The actions above show there is VERY, VERY LARGE GREEN at stake
