He doesn’t care what you or I are doing with our shares. It’s not even a consideration.

He cares about each independent Shell, it’s shareholders and it’s soon to be announced REVERSE MERGER CANDIDATE.

And when everything is ready on each shell, it will move forward. It would be irresponsible and unethical to wait on SRNW and the other one just so GV$1 can catch up. It’s a breach of fiduciary responsibility. Do you understand that?

Take a deep breath and a few steps back, sleep on what I’ve said, and get back to me. Hopefully you’ll get it.

All three reverse merger candidates WILL NOT BE ANNOUNCED at the SAME TIME!! That would be unethical and not fair to the shareholders of each INDIVIDUAL SHELL.
