Agree, I think they had it all prepared and then realized May 1st was a Sunday. We know that the e-commerce site was up and operational a week ago, with limited products. Most sites are dynamic and it is easy to add products, change prices, etc.
My guess is we will see news and e-commerce site tomorrow. However, I do not think this will do anything for the price, as building a product website from scratch is a long shot, they would need to sell a ton of products to move the price with revenue.
