Funny thing - is THE SEC opened their FORMAL INVESTIGATION OF THIS SCAM in I believe around Aug of 2021 - PERFECTLY COINCIDENT with when their own AUDITOR says a lot of shady as hell BS "went down" with this scam and POOF this supposed RUSSIAN "FARMATSEVTIK" scam appears out of nowhere = all one needs to know IMO !!

Moreover, this is insider information - how/why would no PUBLIC SHAREHOLDER know this and their own AUDITOR DID NOT KNOW IT until April 18th of 2022 PER THEIR OWN WRITTEN RESIGNATION LETTER WTF ??????

FARMATSEVTIK is not a word in the Armenain language. It is an Uzbek or Russian language word. FARMATSEVTIK is registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Can you produce any documentation suggesting it is:

My theory, and I have outlined the rationale for this, is that FARMATSEVTIK is being used to move product in Asia, undeclared as revenues, for the Mikaelians.

Where the f is this PR? More of the Moochaelian family's lies regarding a PR that does not exist. Why spread complete bullshit like this? FARMATSEVTIK is a company registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Hours before this you claimed it was a sale to an individual in Armenia.

Weinberg resigned and insisted the SEC be notified with their letter because they did not want to be used as a dupe with a story about a single sale to cover up massive revenue fraud. It was obvious from many angles; the loss of revenues they had been fed from the previous year, the massive dilution, and the lack of growth when the opportunity existed.

And frankly what good is a cc for shareholders who are being ripped off blind by the lowlifes running it, who have been lying to them and everyone else concerned right along? Are we supposed to be such complete idiots that we will believe a huge lot sale was simply forgotten? What a foolish way to cover their asses and use the auditor to do it when the evidence suggests so much more. We don't need our money if we get a conference call with the thieving family? I suppose running an honest business was and is out of the question.

It would be nice if they just resigned but there is still money left to steal. It would be even nicer if they shared the revenues with the shareholders who have seen their investment disappear.

Uh....the math don't add up WTF - even for that bogus "explanation" that makes ZERO sense as to why their auditor QUIT INSTANTLY ON THE SPOT on April 18th after being notified of a entity they name "Farmatsevtik" aka RUSSIAN ????????
