I have some clarity now FARMATSEVTIK is a brand new company in Armenia … FARMATSEVTIK is its own separate entity … March 2021 there was a purchase order for 1,400 units of immunipen the sale was disclosed April 6 2021 in a press release under * related party transactions $198,800.

Funny thing - is THE SEC opened their FORMAL INVESTIGATION OF THIS SCAM in I believe around Aug of 2021 - PERFECTLY COINCIDENT with when their own AUDITOR says a lot of shady as hell BS "went down" with this scam and POOF this supposed RUSSIAN "FARMATSEVTIK" scam appears out of nowhere = all one needs to know IMO !!
Moreover, this is insider information - how/why would no PUBLIC SHAREHOLDER know this and their own AUDITOR DID NOT KNOW IT until April 18th of 2022 PER THEIR OWN WRITTEN RESIGNATION LETTER WTF ??????
IF this supposedly occurred in "March 2021" as "claimed" with ZERO PROOF and NO "PR" let alone accounting entry ever occurred- then WHY DID THE AUDITOR LETTER USE PLAIN ENGLISH "YOU JUST NOW TOLD US in freaking APRIL 2022 and WE QUIT IMMEDIATELY AND A COPY OF THIS LETTER HAS GONE TO THE SEC CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICE" blah blah ?????
