Respectfully, As you said “in your opinion”…. Well IMO you nor anyone on this board hasn’t shown any substantiated proof that the funds are there waiting to come back to us. Stating a source with no name is smoke. As I’ve said before if we’re going to post figures, timelines etc let’s back it with fact vs guessing as some folks may actually believe monies are coming “soon”.
