NDA preceded VuMe by minutes..TPT wouldn’t have been specified for that reason as the companies involved in SmartCity topic remained anonymous..that’s the whole point of NDA, so VuMe did not have NDA requirement to remain anonymous as DiviWallet partner. Divi communicated summer launch of VuMe before TPT announced it and Divi mentioned NDA SmartCity partnership ahead of Tuskegee being announced?

So here is the notice of the annual shareholders meeting. From what I see it needs to happen 13 months from the prior one.

I can’t find when the last annual shareholder meeting was? Is this the quarterly or annual?
