That would explain why they have to go through the DSPP to acquire shares. If they went to the open market, and they have insider knowledge, they would be guilty of insider trading.
Through the DSPP, they are considered Investment Entities that continue to fund the operation to achieve what the data is showing them and would not be guilty of Insider Trading. At least, I believe that to be true.
Please correct me if I am assuming incorrectly.
