are probably being held by AST who operates sales of those DSPP shares. IF they have not moved them out of AST and into their open brokerage accounts, then they have not been able to sell them.
Hmmm, I have to look into this about DSPP shares and inside info. Doesn’t sound probable but if its true then a lot of companies would do this. I don’t know enough about DSPP shares to know because if its accurate or not. Going to look into this.
