That slimy POS Nathan Hall is salty because he can't get his old restricted shares deposited LOL! That shady bastard Nathan Hall tricked the TA to get his disgusting ex wives shares deposited in HIS name and then dumped them like he used to when he had control of WOGI. That's fraud! Maybe someone should call the old transfer agent and ask them why they facilitated such a shady transaction with Shady Nathan. I look forward to watching Nathan Hall squirm like the worm that he is as the stock price rises without him. He deserves exactly what he is going to get...NOTHING!

Since the time of you making this post, to do further DD, I actually did just as you suggested and picked up my phone to call Continental Stock Transfer and I spoke to a guy by the name of Mike Mullings. In short, he did not bad mouth MONI as if they had done something wrong or illegal. He did say that they simply didn't want to be in the middle of the situation as they were being threatened of being sued from "both sides" ... the shareholder(s) behind trying to get the cert confirmed to be deposited from the Nathan Hall side of the house and from the MONI side of the house indicating that if any of those shares were confirmed and deposited without them approving it, such "could" warrant MONI suing Continental Stock Transfer.
From my understanding, it's a nonissue now that those shares were deposited and likely sold into the market already. Again, I'm satisfied with where everything is at with MONI moving forward.
