Like I stated before, I actually did not call Continental Stock Transfer. I stated that I know someone that spoke to Continental Stock Transfer so I posted what I had learned about that issue and more within the post below:

Since the time of you making this post, to do further DD, I actually did just as you suggested and picked up my phone to call Continental Stock Transfer and I spoke to a guy by the name of Mike Mullings. In short, he did not bad mouth MONI as if they had done something wrong or illegal. He did say that they simply didn't want to be in the middle of the situation as they were being threatened of being sued from "both sides" ... the shareholder(s) behind trying to get the cert confirmed to be deposited from the Nathan Hall side of the house and from the MONI side of the house indicating that if any of those shares were confirmed and deposited without them approving it, such "could" warrant MONI suing Continental Stock Transfer.

From my understanding, it's a nonissue now that those shares were deposited and likely sold into the market already. Again, I'm satisfied with where everything is at with MONI moving forward. I think we all here should do the same and give them a chance to prove themselves as the news today looks very promising in my opinion:
