I think it has to hold above a dime, those series D holders are in at $.25 if it stays below that they will have a hard time raising any money once on the CSE.

Also think Q1 had to have been a bit of a challenge for them as their B2B side had to have struggled because in Ontario most restaurants and schools were closed for the better part of January.

Going forward will be the real story, for the past 2 to 3 q's they have been focusing on listing and regulatory reviews, it has to have impacted their ability to grow.
