With the SP trading at historical lows via a market cap barely at $1B and with an activist investor explicitly stating that he feels the shares are significantly undervalued, why is management not actively making open market purchases to demonstrate support and belief in the long term prospects of the company.

Take a poll of the five most relevant questions then pick the top question retail would like to see answered and list the question five times. If you’re given one shot you need to make it worthwhile. Avoid BO questions as they will dance around it like they’ve always done. Better chance of asking about the combo pill timeline, AG launch, DE case, etc., something that has meaningful impact on share price. I see a lot of complaining yet no suggestions for improvement so it can’t be crying about share price or the patent loss…have to keep this clean otherwise it will be disregarded. I hope retail question is addressed in front of Yee again, he didn’t like that last time which made me smile.

I would ask:

1) With many of Amarin's base costs covered by U.S. revenue, can we expect a much faster road to profits in Europe even before revenues there rise dramatically?

And

2) Given how slowly Canadian revenues are rising two years after Vascepa was approved, can we expect the same in Europe or are there reasons we can expect some meaningful sales numbers much sooner in Europe?
